2)  Order Sledges by Telephone on 01479 861253.  Phone lines open during normal working hours Mon to Sat.  (Please be aware it can get very busy so if no answer or engaged please keep trying or order online)

3)  Order Sledges by Text. If you have problems ordering your sledge online or by telephone text "Order" to 0771 007 3312 with your name and phone number. We will call you back as soon as we can to take your sledge order. (Text operating 24 hours. Please note this number will not accept voice mail or conversation)

4)  Come to our Shops. We are open 8am to 5.30pm 7 days. We have a large selection of sledges, snow shoes, pulks and whatever you see on the website but it is probably a good idea to give us a phone to check we have the item at the shop.   For the addresses of our shops scroll to the bottom of this page.

For any sledge orders over £49.99 for the UK your shipment is free carriage. Under £49.99 it is £8.50 packing and shipping contribution.  See bottom of page for our sledges shipping costs to all other destinations.

As soon as possible after your sledge order is placed online or by telephone the order is transmitted to our central UK warehouse where it is packed and dispatched to your address anywhere in the current UK, Irish Republic or the rest of Europe.  Like all parcel deliveries it is best to give an occupied address. If your address is not occupied very often please give us perhaps a stay at home relatives address, a friends address or a work address.   Please allow a reasonable time for delivery which is usually less than 3 working days, but is often less than 36 hours within the working days timeframe.
