Ensure you read the terms and conditions below before you place an order

1) All parcels to customers go via a variety of carriers depending on your location, an occupied address must be given. 2) We accept no responsibility for non delivery due to no person being at the delivery address and can offer no financial compensation for non delivery due to no person being at the delivery address, or for any time such as time off work to occupy the delivery address. 3) Parcels need to be signed for on delivery. If your order is made on a working day upto 3 pm or upto midday on Friday it is likely to be despatched on that day for next working day delivery. However we cannot guarantee that this will be adheared to, and you may not always recieve your delivery the next working day. We cannot predict difficult road conditions, driver illness, accidents and traffic jams and any other factors that may hold up deliveries. Please note Sat, Sun and public holidays in all countries, principalities and provinces of the UK and Ireland are not working days. We accept no responsibility for non delivery due to a local public holiday in your delivery area. 4) As we use third party transport and warehousing we are unable to provide tracking numbers or an exact time of delivery. 5) We do not own and operate a fleet of snow clearing machinery covering the UK. If your parcel is not delivered due to ice or snow covered or snow blocked roads please contact your local authority. We are unable to offer compensation due to closed roads disrupting the delivery system. 6) All queries must be accompanied by your order number or it is not possible to solve the problem. 7) We have made every reasonable effort to describe each product accurately. If you are not satified the product is what we have described please contact us by letter to the address at the base of this page and we will do our best to resolve the issue. We do not enter into any lengthy discussion via e mail. 8) All products are despatched as soon as is practically possible. You must be aware that snow melts, and you may NOT have your sledge in time before the snow melts. We advise you to anticipate snow fall in advance so as to avoid disappointment. Snow can fall anywhere in the UK/Ireland from October to May. We CANNOT be held responsible for snow melting before you recieve your sledge and can not offer any financial compensation for snow melt. If you are dissatisfied about the snow melting please contact God. 9) If you do send your sledge back because the snow has melted it must be returned in perfect and unused condition. Or if we have made an attempt or multiple attempts to deliver and the address has been unoccupied and you susequently no longer wish to have your sledge because of the delay created by your own or your deputy's failure to be at the address there is a £5 per sledge restocking charge and a £9 plus VAT (£10.58) transport charge per consignment. Your statutory rights are not affected for returns made for a genuine and sensible reason. We advise you to consider keeping your sledge for the next time it snows. You are responsible for your own cost of return postage. 10) Due to many of the issues beyond our control outlined above we have experienced some aggressive and abusive telephone calls and e mails. We have a duty of care under the health and safety at work act to protect our workforce from such behavior. We operate a zero tolerance to disruptive behavior and are only in a position to assist people who act within normal parameters of civilised behavior. Any acts of aggresion verbally or physically will be treated seriously and may result in legal action being taken against the perpetrator. 11) We do not enter into any discussions by e mail.
