DELIVERY

We use UPS Standard or My Hermes to deliver all of our products, which will require a signature upon arrival. Typically, UPS Standard and My Hermes typically deliver within 2 to 4 business days. If you order before 12 noon Monday to Friday, your order will be dispatched the next day.

Where possible, a tracking number will be provided should you need to keep tabs on your order. You can also log in to the carrier tracking and alter your delivery slot to a time that will suit you, as if you're not in for 3 delivery attempts, your order will make it's way back to us and there may be an extra charge to re-deliver.
